1. Data Controller

TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano, Baarerstrasse 87, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (CHE-272.196.618) is the data controller for personal data processed via APEX ESG Intelligence.

2. Data We Collect

• Email address and company name submitted via the scan form
• Business activity descriptions submitted for assessment
• Payment data processed exclusively by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Usage data: scan count, timestamp, IP address (pseudonymised)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data to deliver ESG readiness assessments (contract performance), send confirmation and onboarding emails (contract performance), and improve our assessment quality (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Scan inputs and results are retained for 24 months for quality and regulatory audit purposes. Email addresses are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights (nDSG / GDPR)

• Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery
• Groq Inc. / OpenAI Inc. / Anthropic PBC — AI inference (inputs are not used for model training under our API agreements)
