You may use APEX ESG Intelligence for internal business intelligence purposes. You may not resell outputs, use the service to train competing AI models, or submit misleading business descriptions to obtain assessments.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in CHF via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
APEX ESG Intelligence outputs are research assistance, not legal or compliance advice. TennoTenRyu Inh. Cesarano is not liable for decisions made on the basis of scan outputs. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
